Serving southern Idaho, eastern Oregon, and northern Nevada from bases in Boise and Twin Falls, our helicopters, airplane, and ambulances are designed as mobile critical care units with advanced lifesaving equipment and technology.
Idaho Helicopters, Inc. is the FAR Part 135 Certificate Holder providing aviation services and owns and operates the helicopters used by Air St. Luke's. Turbo Air, Inc. is the FAR Part 135 Certificate Holder providing aviation services and owns and operates the airplanes used by Air St. Luke's.

Our air transport teams are critical care transport (CCT) certified and our ground transport teams are either CCT certified or advanced life support (ALS) certified. Air St. Luke's is licensed to operate all of the modes of transport listed below in Idaho, Oregon, and Nevada.
Specialized critical care transport (CCT) teams consisting of RN and paramedic, trained to manage critical care patients covering all age groups.
Critical Care Flight NurseSpecialized critical care transport team consisting of RN and respiratory therapist (RT), trained to manage critical care maternal and pediatric patients. The only Idaho-based team equipped with isolette capabilities to support best practice in supporting NICU and PICU patients during transport.
